Lean Turkey Chili

2 teaspoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
1 pound ground turkey
1 package of taco seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn
Toppings: Avocado

1. Add oil in a large skillet and place over medium high heat
2. Add onion and chopped bell peppers and saute for 5 minutes
3. Then add ground turkey (cooking until fully browned)
4. Next add taco seasoning and salt
5. Then add tomatoes, beans and corn
6. Add chicken broth to the skillet
7. Stir ingredients in while on simmer for 1 minute
8. Serve in a bowl + add avocado 🙂
